Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Project Controls Institute (PCI), we strive to provide high-quality training and learning experiences. However, we understand that students may need to cancel their enrollment under certain circumstances. Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy below.

Course Cancellation by the Student

  • Cancellation within 7 days of registration and before accessing course materials → Full refund​
  • Cancellation after 7 days but before 14 days → 50% refund
  • Cancellation after 14 days or if more than 20% of course content has been accessed → No refund
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@projectcontrolsinstitute.com specifying the reason for cancellation.
