By the end of this course, you will have an understanding of:

  • The AACE CCP certification requirements and exam.
  • How a CCP assists in corporate investment decision-making.
  • Apply statistics and probability for bidding, planning, scheduling and estimating.
  • Evaluate on an economic analysis basis, the differences between two or more alternative courses of action.
  • Implement the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) for cost control.
  • Analyse productivity and performance.
  • Apply the estimating knowledge to specific project estimating situations.
  • Develop and maintain cash flow.
  • Apply the broad principles and best practices of Total Cost Management (TCM) in the planning, execution and management of projects or programs.
