Description and Learning Objectives:
By the end of this course, you will have an understanding of

• The AACE PSP certification requirements and exam.
• The knowledge and skills required to plan, monitor update, forecast, and analyse integrated project schedules.
• Develop planning, scheduling, and reporting specifications.
• Develop and report the right information to the right stakeholders.
• Develop an understanding of implementing planning and scheduling processes within the AACE International Total Cost Management (TCM) framework.
