Time Location Charts for Linear Projects

Time Location Charts for Linear Projects

Description: Time Location charts offer an effective and visual representation of project schedules, even being able to display and entire project schedule on a single page, yet still identify production rates, sequencing, conflicts, resourcing and physical constraints across the entire project. By improving the communication and analysis of the project schedule, buy-in across a wider audience ultimately leads to improved project outcomes.
Ideally suited to horizontal linear projects such as tunnels, railways, highways or transmission networks, they can also be adopted for vertical linear projects such as high-rise buildings.
This webinar will provide an introduction to Time Location Charts for linear projects and presents a method that extends existing CPM project schedules to quickly create and update time location charts.
