Hi The vision of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games led to the creation of the Olympic Delivery Authority’s (ODA’s) Equality and Diversity Strategy in July 2007. This set new benchmarks for equality and diversity practice in construction. The ODA makes recommendations to other projects based on the lessons learned.
