Will I get instructor's notes on the virtual course topic?

Some of the virtual courses and classroom courses may have notes and will be provided by PCI for downloads. These will be mentioned in the course description.

Can I download the virtual training session videos?

No, you cannot download the virtual session videos. But you will be provided with a link to access the training videos for 30 days after the course ends.

Where can I find the course start date and time of Virtual courses?

The information about the date and time of the Virtual course can see on the Virtual courses page. If you click the 'I' icon from the Virtual courses catalogue, you should be able to see the information about the start date, end date, duration, and time of the course can be seen.
