Integrated Project Controls (Tue-Thu, 4x6 hours sessions over two weeks)

Dedicated online training course in a structured and professional manner allows candidates to demonstrate knowledge of all elements of project management/project controls. Candidates will be able to demonstrate an understanding of how these elements interact and how their project fits into their strategic and commercial environment.

This training course is prepared for fresher’s or early-career professionals to understand and demonstrate knowledge of project management/project controls.

Integrated Project Controls course is prepared to develop the competency (knowledge and skills) in project management, planning and scheduling, cost engineering, cost estimating, integrated performance measurement and forecasting, risk management, change management, contracts management, forensic and dispute analysis and BIM skills.


Duration of the course: The total duration of the course is 24 hours. This course will be delivered in four 6-hours sessions on Tuesday and Thursday from 9 AM to 3 PM

His professional experience over a span of 3 decades covers organisations such as BHP, MMG, Codelco, Anglo American, BlueScope Steel, Regional Rail Link Authority, General Electric, Jacobs Engineering, Fluor Australia, Hatch Engineering, KBR and ICI Engineering.

Anil is an experienced project management executive, program & mega project director with more than 3 decades of diverse and extensive experience in developing and delivering projects across renewable energy, offshore oil & gas, petrochemical/ oil refining, clean room technology- pharmaceutical, semi-conductor fabs, industrial & commercial buildings (CSA & MEP) and mining/mineral processing industry sectors.

With a track record in general management, strategy/business development, strategy advisory/ consulting in PMO, bankable feasibility Studies, Greenfield and Brownfield project management, he has led multi-disciplinary engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning, proposals/ bidding and business analysis teams across Australia, Asia and the GCC/Middle East regions to deliver projects & asset ventures of value from US$50m to US$1bn.
